Rope pouches

When we talk about rope pouches, we mainly mean tactical pouches. One that you wouldn't be afraid to use even during a military mission. Tactical pouches should meet certain standards so that they don't hinder you from accomplishing your mission, but on the contrary help you.

Although the rope pouches offered by us are compact, tens of meters of abseiling ropes can fit in them. Thanks to this, you will always have a sufficient reserve. But a rope pouch cannot be just any pouch – we can often "squeeze" sufficient volume out of an ordinary pouch. This means that volume is far from the only factor we look at when choosing a quality tactical rope pouch.

Rope pouches should be above average durable. Nylon fibers (for example Cordura 500D) are often used for sewing them, and it is certainly necessary to pay attention to the quality of the seams so that they do not tear at the most inopportune moment. But this also applies to other types of pouches. Because we demand durability from the pouch regardless of what tactical purposes we plan to use the piece for.

Thus, rope pouches differ from other pouches by more versatile installation options, so you can attach them both to a belt and, for example, to a special abseiling harness. Some rope pouches are additionally equipped with side straps that allow them to be additionally stabilized and attached to a leg.

We also have special elements that make it easier to wind up and take out the rope. For example, an elastic opening with a reinforced edge, which ensures that the rope does not damage the pouch with its natural movement, but also does not get stuck when pulling out. We can then attach the end of the rope to the surface with velcro so that it does not sway from side to side when we are not using it and does not interfere with other activities.

Easy accessibility of the main chamber is important, but also its simple cleaning. The coiled rope, especially in the field, will pick up a lot of dirt or moisture along the way. Drainage channels or outlets are therefore a must.
