govern the processing of the personal data of visitors to the Top-ArmyShop website (hereinafter referred to as the "website"), in particular their customers who place an order through the website (hereinafter referred to as the "customer").

Safety Agency, s.r.o. is involved in the processing of personal data as an administrator and determines the purpose and means by which personal data will be processed.

How we process the data?

Data provided by customers. We process personal data about the customers. Primarily, we process personal data you provide us when you create your order.

This includes, in particular, the e-mail address and, in the case of customers, the name and surname, address, telephone number and payment details. If you want, you may also add additional information, such as your company address or possible delivery times.

Data obtained through cookies. To better target our advertising campaigns and improve our product and service offerings, we use the information on the goods our customers have purchased. If you allow cookies to be stored in your browser and you consent to their use, we obtain data about visits to websites, browsed products, and other activity on our website. We do not collect or otherwise process any sensitive personal data including, for example, your health, beliefs, religion etc.

Why we process the data?

In order to fulfil your order, i.e. to fulfil the contract between us and the customer, we use your name and surname and contact details. Data processing in this case includes all activities from the order registration, processing, including payment and delivery of the ordered goods. If the data are not provided, we will not be able to process your order.

To offer our products to our customers via commercial messages, we mainly use e-mail address, occasionally a telephone number to send SMS. In this case, we send a commercial message about the products related to the goods you have already purchased on the website. We process the data due to the realization of legitimate interests in the way of limited direct marketing. We do not request permission to send these commercial messages, but we allow you to unsubscribe at any time or object to such processing. We may also send commercial messages to the customers based on their consent, which is wholly voluntary, and if not granted, will not have any impact on completing your order. You grant the consent during the order on the website. You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking on the relevant link in each commercial message. If you revoke your consent, we will not continue to process your data for the purpose of submitting commercial messages nor for the above mentioned implementation of legitimate interests.

For better targeting of advertising and promoting of Safety Agency, s.r.o. we process cookie data about visits to our website, viewed products, and other activity on the website. The processing is only possible based on your consent to the use of the appropriate cookies. This consent is entirely voluntary too. Generally, based on the above data, we obtain statistics, analyses, and reports on the behaviour of the web site users. Based on this, it is possible to better target our ads or customize the content of our website to what you really care about and what you are looking for, or what a larger group of customers is generally interested in. To enable customer support, we use your name and email information, you fill in before you start a chat with a Safety Agency, s.r.o. employee in the appropriate chat window on our website. By filling in the data you agree to the processing of the data. Your e-mail address and name entered when starting a chat are not used otherwise.

Cancelling the consent and unsubscribing from commercial messages

Customers may at any time unsubscribe from receiving commercial messages by:

clicking on the relevant link located in the footer of each commercial message; or
object to the processing of personal data at the e-mail address info@top-armyshop.com or through other contacts listed in these terms.

Who has access to the data?

At first place, personal data are processed by our personnel. All persons having access to personal data are bound to confidentiality and this commitment continues even after their cooperation with Safety Agency, s.r.o.

Safety Agency, s.r.o., as the administrator, also entrusts other subjects with personal data processing, as so called processors. The processor means any entity that processes personal data for us for the purposes and in a manner that we determine. If your consent is required for processing, we only pass on the data to the processors if you have granted the consent. We only provide the processors with the data they necessarily need to provide their services. The processors of personal data we work with are:

How long we process the data?

We process personal data to perform the contract for the entire duration of the order, including payment and delivery of the goods. In accordance with the law we subsequently store some of the data contained in the accounting documents.

Commercial messages are sent to the customers until they unsubscribe, or until an objection is raised against the processing of the data for this purpose. Commercial messages will be sent for 5 years at the longest. Then we ask for a new consent.

Data obtained for marketing purposes through cookies are processed for the duration of your consent to the use of cookies, i.e. while you allow cookies to be stored in your browser, or until an objection is raised against the processing of your data for that purpose. Further processing of personal data beyond the above-mentioned deadlines shall only be carried out if it is necessary to comply with the obligations arising from the legislation applicable to Safety Agency, s.r.o..

What your rights are?

In connection with the processing of personal data, you can contact us and request:

Information on the personal data we process, about the purpose and nature of the processing of personal data, including information on potential recipients of personal data outside the Safety Agency, s.r.o. General information on the processing of personal data are contained in these terms and conditions.

Access to the data you provided when placing your order. If this right is exercised, we will confirm to you whether and which specific personal data are processed and, if applicable, they will ve made available to you together with information on their processing.
Correction of personal data, if inaccurate or incomplete. We are able to process your order only when we have accurate data.
Explanation and correction of errors (for example, blocking, correction, adding or deleting personal information), if you believe we process personal data contrary to the protection of your personal and private life or in violation of legal regulations.
Deletion of personal data (so-called right to be forgotten) or their limited processing, if they are no longer required for the purposes mentioned, or if we no longer have a legitimate reason to process personal data, including cases where you do not agree to further processing. In the fulfilment of these conditions, we will entirely or partially delete your data.
Transferring of automatedly processed personal data obtained based on your consent to another entity, when we pass on your personal information in a commonly used format to you or to another administrator of your choice.

Furthermore, our customers may object to the processing of personal information in the case of sending commercial messages or the assessment of buying preferences, on the basis of which we immediately cease processing personal data for these purposes.

In addition to the above rights, you may at any time contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Security

We care about the security of your data. The handling of personal data is in full compliance with applicable law, including the General Privacy Policy (GDPR). When processing personal data, we place great emphasis on the technical and organizational security of the processed data.

All personal data in electronic form are stored in databases and systems accessible only to persons who need to immediately work with the personal data for the purposes specified in these rules, and only to the extent necessary. Personal data security is regularly reviewed and we are constantly improving its protection.
