The black tactical version of the product is designed mainly for the military. Modern day soldiers rely on tourniquet to stop the bleeding in an injured arm or leg. The soft surface of the integrated buckle together with a patented inbuilt telescopic mechanism prevent the application of excessive pressure to prevent further damage to soft tissue. All these features are light weight yet durable, made of the Duralumin alloy in order to withstand an extreme strain. Optimum size

The SICH tourniquet features the optimum size, maximum surface and maximum stopping power when tightened. It can be applied to any limb with a 5cm to 40cm circumference. The special grey label allows to mark the time of application or any other important information using any sharp object, e.g. a bullet, nail or even a fingernail, any other sharp piece of gear and equipment , a knife , etc.
