The Pentagon jacket® GEN V 2.0 represents a new generation of tactical jacket that can really be used in all weathers and seasons.
We wear to one way or another
Pentagon jacket® GEN V 2.0 that is combination 3 in 1 – (1) allows you to wear outer layer on your own as a light, wind- and water-resistant jacket on very cold and raw days or (2) you can wear a liner on your own and wet weather to keep the wearer warm and dry even in the greatest cold and sleet.
What's it made of
The top jacket is made of extremely durable nylon Taslon, which in itself gives the jacket water resistance and breathability. These protective properties are exacerbated by coating Storm-Tex® - it is a laminated outer membrane showing resistance to an 8,000 mm-high water column in water tests and a breathability of 5,000 g/m2 / 24 h.
Waterproof both jackets and at the seams will ensure their duct tape.
In order to use the top as a separate jacket, it is fitted with a fabric lining.
The liner has a nylon top and inside is super fine fleece.
Switching on - classic?Not quite
Both the jacket and inner liner / blouse have a main zip fastening, on the jacket plus covered with double, so-called translated ribbon - first cover the zip from the right and then from the left and secure the lesion with Velcro and a patent at the bottom edge.
The liner is attached to the top layer by two zips (1 on each side), the zip is double-sided and serves as a main fastening for the separately worn liner.To prevent the sleeve insert from collapsing, the at the bottom of the sleeve cuffs is secured with patents.The attachment of the jacket liner using a patent is also found on the back in the middle under the collar.
Winter protection on all fronts
Both the jacket and the inner liner / blouse have a stand-up high collar with a warm lining of super fine fleece.It makes the collar feel nice and warm and also doesn't scratch the neck.For the same reason, the top jacket has an inner cloth cover at the top of the zipper.
In collar jackets find hidden rolled up hood.The hood is removable, attached to the jacket is a zipper.The hood can be pulled off with a drawstring and the front is pinned to the collar of the jacket for two snaps on each side.
Temperature comfort comes with a pair of air vents closed with a two-way zipper under the armpit.The holes are protected by insect repellent netting under the jacket.
Another protection against the cold coming in under the jacket is pulling down the lower hem of the jacket.
Sleeve cuffs are adjustable, fastened with Velcro.There's a Pentagon logo on the adjustment bands®.
Warm pockets, as in a room
Jacket has 2 breast pockets and 2 hand pockets with a side entry.The pockets are zipped up and are made to keep your hands warm thanks to the super fine fleece inside.
On the right forearm is a RF-ID pocket with vertical inlet zipped.Even this pocket has an interior of super fine fleece.
The jacket also has a inner pocket with an opening to bring out the headphone cable cell phone or even a walkie-talkie.
The liner also has 2 side-entry pockets to warm the zipped hands.You can use the pockets if you wear the liner separately.Even in these pockets, we find the inside of a super-fine fleece.
Water resistance: water column 8,000 mm.
Prolongation: 5,000 g / m2 / 24 h.
