Innovative two-piece construction Pioneer's HydraPak water storage system - in this case with a capacity of 10 liters - features an innovative two-piece design that includes a removable water tank and an outer case that is resistant to abrasion.
For filling smaller containers In addition to other outdoor activities, the 10-liter version of the HydraPak Pioneer water storage system is also suitable for washing dishes at camp, or for filling smaller containers, for example, when distributing water between individual members of the expedition - either in individual hydration bags or in water bottles.
Removable reservoir The water tank can be removed for filling and also turned inside out for cleaning. In this state, it also dries. This greatly reduces the risk of the inside of the tank becoming moldy or smelly between uses. The removable tank has a wide opening for easy filling from taps, springs or streams.
Durable hanging bag The outer hanging bag with the manufacturer's logo on the surface is made of ripstop nylon. Thanks to this, it has increased resistance to abrasion and tearing. And once a tear has already formed, thanks to the Ripstop treatment, it will not spread further. In case of soiling, you can simply rinse the bag and hang it to dry faster. However, you can also hang it up during the actual dosing of water, which will make it easier.
Dosing tap Another innovative feature of the HydraPak Pioneer water storage system is the Camp Tap, which is compatible with the Plug-N-Play cap. When pressed, the water starts to flow and when released again, it automatically seals. The tap can be opened for faster filling or washing. Camp Tap has about 2x higher dispensing rate than on/off hydration system.
A highly packable solution Once you have used up the water in the reservoir, you can fold the hydration system and then pack it in the included storage bag. You can then hide it in a backpack or other luggage, where it will take up only a minimum of space.
