Protect again noises, amplifying ambient sounds

They are an electronic hearing protectors with an attenuation designed for use in noisy environments, where ensures the attenuation dependant on the noise levels for undisturbed listening to the surrounding sounds. They can be used in industrial zones, construction sites, railways and other places where we need to hear ambient sounds. Thus, they contribute to significantly protect against harmful noises and also allow you to hear the ambient sounds up to 82 decibels. Increase our ability to communicate with colleagues nearby but also to hear warning signals, approaching vehicles or sounds of machines and processes.

Technical features

The headset is equipped with a 3.5 mm jack - stereo input (limited to 82 dB) for connection to a external device, such as a mobile phone, radio, iPod etc. They have an automatic power-off function - the electronic hearing protector switches off automatically after 4hours of non-use to save batteries. The headphones are powered by 2 AA batteries (not included). The device will also alert us if the battery capacity is insufficient. To reduce corrosion caused by sweat, all electronics are located on the outside of the shell. The headset is equipped with a voice memory control system, so the last setting is automatically stored when turned off and then activated when turned on again.

Electronic headset 3M PELTOR complies with the requirements and other standards according to the relevant directives. It is CE approved .The product was tested and approved in accordance with EN 352-1: 2002. Statement approved by organisation PZT GmbH, An der Junkerei 48 F, D-26389 Wilhelmshaven, Germany(registered n. 1974).
