Direct Action® Lysander MED First aid kit

The Lysander MED first aid kit from Direct Action is basically worn like a fanny pack. It is a compact solution for carrying medical equipment in combat conditions. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, it easily fits under the plate carrier - this will come in handy especially during operations in confined spaces.

A purely utilitarian solution

The Direct Action Lysander MED first aid kit has everything it needs and nothing more. In a fight, every gram of weight counts. For example, on the front you will find a special zipped pocket for storing sterile protective gloves. The outer velcro panel can then be used to attach a red cross patch.

Practical layout of the main chamber

The main compartment of the first aid kit has a two-way zip closure and features a soft velcro lining that you can easily customize and configure using the special strips included in the package that are dedicated to specific pieces of equipment.

Extra pockets

In addition to the main compartment, this first aid kit also contains additional pockets, namely one on the back that closes with a small Velcro fastener and can hold large flat bandages. On the closing flap, you will find two more pockets, one of which is intended for scissors and the other for TCCC casualty cards.

Compatible with MOLLE webbing

On the sides of the holster is a MOLLE/PALS compatible laser cut system that you can attach additional equipment to, such as additional pockets and pouches for bandages or tourniquets and the like. The MOLLE/PALS attachment continues from the bottom of the first aid kit and you can attach other accessories here, such as the Combat Stretcher. The braided shockcord from the bottom of the first aid kit also facilitates the attachment of other equipment.
