Stand-alone design This Combat Systems ballistic plate is designed in a so-called stand alone design, which means that you do not need a soft ballistic insert to use it. In addition, this plate is made without the use of ceramics, but it is still brought out in the level of resistance III+ in accordance with the standard NIJ.0101.06 as the equivalent of the American SAPI.
Above the norm The Combat Systems III.A SAPI ballistic plate goes beyond the mentioned current standard, when it can stop at least six 7.62×39 FMJ (full metal jacket), 7.62×39 MSC (mild steel core) or 5.56×45 M193 Ball bullets.
