A tasty pasta with tomato sauce, beans, spinach and olives combined with protein penne containing SENS cricket flour. This recipe was inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean.

In addition to specific ingredient in the form of SENS cricket flour, this tasty classic also includes ingredients like beans, spinach and olives. Apart from cricket flour and parmasan cheese, this meal does not contain any meat or animal products.

People from Adventure Menu in cooperation with another Czech company SENS invented a solution how to put as much energy into the one small package. Included protein penne also contains SENS cricket flour.

Just add water

When preparing Adventure Menu food, all you need to do is add reccommended amount of water. With the ADM self-heating system, it can be prepared with cold water only, no need for a fire or a cooker. The food has been dehydrated by vacuum and minimum shelf life is 5 years. And above all, it is made in the Czech Republic.
