The compass base is made of resistant plastic and its most sensitive components are protected by a mirror cover. The movable dial has a 360° scale and is equipped with a two-tone magnetic needle that is immersed in liquid. This gives the compass increased resistance to shocks and allows use even when running.The compass is equipped with a ruler with a scale in millimeters and two scales for maps: on a scale of 1: 25,000 and 1: 50,000. For a comfortable reading from a map, it uses a transparent base with a magnifying glass, which you can also use for emergency fire-making in good sunlight conditions. The attached drawstring allows you to carry a compass around your neck, or on your wrist.
