Snugpak® Hammock Under Blanket

If you have ever spent the night in the wild in a hammock, suspended between two trees, for example, then you may know how treacherous the cold wind that starts blowing in the middle of the night can be. An unpleasant, cold night under the open sky can be improved by a revolutionary innovation from the workshop of the famous British company Snugpak, a blanket intended for under a hammock.

Sleep in greater comfort

By wrapping around the hammock from below, the Snugpak Hammock Under Blanket provides smart and effective insulation and protection from the cold wind. At the same time, it perfectly maintains body heat and therefore ensures a warm, comfortable sleep. For this, it uses waterproof Micro Diamond polyester and insulating TravelSoft polyester filling.

Effective insulation set

The Hammock Under Blanket is one of two components of the Snugpak effective insulation set. The other is the Hammock Quilt (sold separately). Both blankets also offer effective protection against microbes and bacteria thanks to the Paratex AntiBacterial treatment.

Simple use

The Snugpak Hammock Under Blanket is both long (213 cm) and wide (147 cm) enough, which means that it can cover almost the entire hammock. In addition, it is very light and compact, so it is easy to carry after assembly. Naturally, the delivery also includes a compression package.

Note: Due to various possibilities and circumstances, it is difficult to establish a comfortable temperature as for sleeping bags. The manufacturer generally recommends experimenting with different insulation elements until the user is sure that s/he is achieving the optimal thermal insulation performance, which is comfortable for them.
