Clip point blade is made of stainless steel D2 of hardness 59-60 HRC. For D2 steel, tests prove that it is one of the strongest steels used to make knife blades.
The blade has a black coating eliminating unwanted reflections and preventing corrosion.
On the blade there is a KA-BAR OLEAN NY logo.
Ergonomic handle made of high-quality and durable Kraton G® - sweat, water, chemicals and wear resistant material with anti-slip properties and grooving.
The end of the handle widens downwards and thus safely prevents the knife from slipping out of the hand.
The knife is provided with a simple guard- protection against slipping fingers on the blade.
The guard and butt cap are metal and powder coated.
The knife comes with robust and durable nylon belt sheath. The sheath is secured by snap button fasteners and has additional pocket with an overflap for accessories and fastening cord.
