IFAK Horizontal MK III is the end result of the feedback collected from the users of the first version. The first aid kit is slightly larger than its predecessor, has a partially flexible outer handle and can hold even more medical equipment, while maintaining a very flat shape.

Always quick access

The pouch has two parts, the outer case and the liner. It is attached with MOLLE / PALS handles to a backpack, tactical vest or other equipment. You can also wear it on a belt up to 45 mm wide. The inner IFAK pocket has semi-elastic laminate handles on the sides used for pulling the pouch out of the package by any hand. The first aid kit is closed with a two-way zipper with handles for immediate opening. Thanks to them, you can open it completely with one quick tug. The inside of the pouch has been designed to hold many things for quick treatment of injuries and other health complications. Elastic loops are used to attach patches, bandages, bandages or flasks. The pouch fits perfectly on the back of modular Direct Action Mosquito belts or similar models. The flat design is especially suitable for combat vehicle drivers. On the front of the pouch there is a velcro panel with the inscription MED, suitable for placing another ID badge.
